Sometimes Associations can get a little lost, drowning in action lists and legacy projects. We can help associations take a step back and review the purpose of the organisation and what is driving all the activities. We conduct an audit of all activities and interview key internal and external stakeholders. A consensus building session is then organised to review the research, discuss the mission of the association and make sure there is a plan for the future that everyone can feel engaged with and aligned to.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
We also help associations define and refine their strategic plans. The strategic plan is a credible phased plan for future growth, a value proposition, milestones, tracking indicators and an outline of what resources are required for each step of the process. Our experienced experts help create this plan, which ensures the association stays focused, energised and that resources are targeted.
